Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the funds from our suppliers. While we facilitate all applications, the timeline is governed by third-party providers.

Force Majeure: In the event of acts of God, pandemics, or natural disasters, My Perfect Holiday reserves the right to issue a Credit Note instead of a cash refund, subject to supplier policies.

Refund amounts may be adjusted against bank charges, taxes, or supplier penalties.

4. Date Changes & Amendments

Any changes in travel dates or services are subject to availability and additional charges. Any price differences must be borne by the customer.

5. Important Tax Note (TCS)

As per the Income Tax Act, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) on foreign remittances is mandatory. Once deposited with the Government, TCS is non-refundable by My Perfect Holiday. You can claim this amount as a tax credit while filing your annual ITR.

By making a payment, the customer agrees to the full terms & conditions of My Perfect Holiday.
