Terms and Conditions

1. Itinerary & Destination Terms

Itinerary Changes: The tour itinerary may be modified or rearranged due to weather, road conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs arising from these changes will be borne by the guest.
Hotel Allocation: In the event of overbooking, the Company reserves the right to substitute hotels with others of a similar star rating. Adherence to the star rating (as defined by local tourism boards) constitutes full delivery of service.
Transport Policy: Vehicles provided are exclusive for the guests but not at disposal. Usage is sector-wise and point-to-point as per the itinerary.
Check-in/Out: Standard hotel policies apply. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel's discretion and subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellation of confirmed bookings is governed by the policies of the specific service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Service Charges: My Perfect Holiday service charges (10% of total package cost) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Refunds: No refunds are provided for no-shows, early departures, or any unused services or sightseeing.
Processing: Applicable refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the funds from suppliers.

3. Responsibility & Liability

Facilitator Role: My Perfect Holiday acts only as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by third parties, weather, or government regulations.
Travel Documents: It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and vaccination certificates. Rejection of entry is considered a 'Cancellation by Guest'.
Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for their own behavior. We reserve the right to terminate the tour for any guest whose behavior is disruptive or illegal.
Personal Belongings: The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal items during the tour.

Legal Clause

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru only. Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt mediation.
